We recommend booking up to 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and ensure availability, especially during busy seasons. The earlier, the better – we’d love to help you plan something amazing!

Yes -  Minimum $50 deposit for soft play or $100 for balloon styling is required to secure your date. 

Dates are not held without receipt of the deposit. All quotes are valid for 5 days from issue and are subject to availability thereafter.

The deposit and bond are separate payments.

Yes, a minimum $100 bond is required at the time of hire. This bond is fully refundable once all hire items are returned clean and undamaged.

Damaged, excessively dirty, or missing items may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the bond.

Refunds are processed promptly after the return inspection is completed.

Yes! You can choose DIY pick-up from Landsdale 6065 or opt for delivery and setup across Perth Metro. Delivery fees apply.

Our soft play setups are designed for children aged 0–5 years, providing a safe and fun environment for little ones. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure safety and help children enjoy the play space responsibly. 

Standard hire duration is 4 to 6 hours, between the hours of 9am-5pm, unless otherwise agreed.

Extended hire may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm. 

Soft Play Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date is transferable to another date or will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Balloons & Backdrop Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event date can be transferred to another date.

For cancellations made within 2 days of the event date, the full balance payable is non-refundable.
